Andre and I have been together, in one way or another, since he was only 5 weeks old. His mother a tiny saddle-back Shepard (ideal, other than her diminutive size), and his father a massive purebred St. Bernard, we knew he was going to get big!
I named him for my favorite wrestler, remembering watching WWF with my dad when I was little. When I got him home, there was old wrestling episodes on, and the name just seemed to fit.
He’s only about 85 lbs. now, but still a big part of my life, almost 5 years later. (I got him in the winter of 2008.)
